Having suffered damage from Romulan fire in the Azure Nebula, the Victory has returned to Starbase 118 for repairs. Most of the crew are enjoying shore leave; however, for some the relaxation will have to wait.
Ensigns Tressa and Eisaran suffered severe injury when the aeroshuttle Beethoven was fired upon. Tressa is conscious but still recovering, while Eisaran is still in a biobed under medical care.
Lieutenant Commander Webb and Lieutenant Orman, meanwhile, are still trailing behind, making their way to the station at warp 2 in the shuttle Bach on Commander Jaxx’s orders. Whether they will resolve their differences or end up strangling each other is still up in the air.
Finally, Lieutenants Hunt and Breeman, along with Ensigns Tali and Malcolm, are preparing to transport some Romulan prisoners on a maximum security runabout… if they can get it to go faster than warp 1.3.

With the revamping of the website, officers around the fleet have begun the task of restoring some of our additional activities. One of the great intricacies of the Fleet’s Teams and Guilds, was the production of podcasts. The program was short lived, only releasing two episodes. They were hosted by Commodore (then Captain) Rhys Bejain, and were a great insight to our fleet. There are many new ideas forming for this project. Check out the podcast forum for the latest developments, or if you have an idea and would like to pitch in.

Many people in our fleet our busy behind the scenes. Some members pour a vast amount of energy into training, wiki upkeep, as well as many other OOC activities. The OOC projects that are going on at any given minute, help to keep our group up to date, and in contact. There are many different areas to help in, and many do not require large amounts of time. If you are interested in helping the fleet, please check the forum, Where you can get involved. Many groups are looking for new members to help UFoP:Starbase118 grow, and improve. If you have just a tad bit of time on your hands, and want to help out, this is the call for you!

I just wanted to let you know that the USS Victory forums are set up and ready for us to use!
The forum boards are a great way to mingle with your shipmates and learn more about each other OOC and IC. It also gives another area where we can be creative, as well as a place to meet and greet new members of the crew, and even just chit chat with each other.
